1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Scottsdale Siding website (https://scottsdalesiding.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services Provided

Scottsdale Siding provides information about siding repair, siding replacement, soft wash siding cleaning, and related exterior home improvement services in Scottsdale, Arizona and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and a signed service agreement with your selected service provider.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge. Estimates are based on a visual inspection of accessible areas only. Concealed damage discovered during the course of work may require change orders and additional costs. Clients will be notified and must approve any additional work before it proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typical payment schedules require a deposit upon contract execution, with the balance due upon substantial completion. Scottsdale Siding does not bill or invoice clients. Payments are processed with the service provider you select.

5. Warranties

Scottsdale Siding does not provide any warranty on any product or service. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and will be provided to the client by your selected service provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

Scottsdale Siding offers you free access to siding professionals serving Scottsdale, AZ. Scottsdale Siding does not provide siding quotes or contract for siding services. You receive quotes and contract with your selected siding service provider. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits on canceled projects are refundable less any costs already incurred.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Scottsdale Siding and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
